Position Summary:
\n
We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day operations on commercial construction and movement/relocation projects. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on leadership experience, excels at coordinating subcontractors and crews, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
· Supervise daily construction activities on commercial and movement/relocation projects.
\n
· Coordinate and manage subcontractors, onsite personnel, and vendors.
\n
· Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
\n
· Maintain compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and client requirements.
\n
· Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
\n
· Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
\n
· Prepare daily reports, track progress, and communicate project status to management.
\n

Qualifications:
\n
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
\n
· Experience with project movement/relocation logistics is strongly preferred.
\n
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n
· Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
\n
· Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
\n
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
