Position Summary:
Holiday Magic Studios specializes in creating and capturing magic moments for families during the holiday season. Unlike traditional mall Santa photos, we offer five-minute private appointments that focus on Santa’s interaction with the family. We provide 50-100 high-quality photos per session (both posed and candid), capturing the magic of the moment. We're looking for enthusiastic, charismatic, and caring individuals to bring the magic of Santa Claus to life! 

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Appearance &amp; Hygiene: Arrive for each shift on time, well-groomed, and dressed in your company-issued costume, ready to create a magical and immersive experience for each family.</li>
<li>Family Interaction: Engage warmly with families during 5-minute private appointments, making each family feel special and heard.</li>
<li>Photo Poses: Work with the photographer to strike various poses, ensuring each family enjoys their visit.</li>
<li>Character Authenticity: Maintain the persona, voice, and mannerisms of Santa Claus throughout all interactions.</li>
<li>Script Learning: Familiarize yourself with light scripts or key phrases that maintain the enchanting aura of Santa Claus.</li>
<li>Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety and health regulations to protect yourself and guests.</li>
<li>Special Events &amp; Media Appearances: Participate in special events such as tree lighting ceremonies and Santa arrivals as well as conduct fun lighthearted interviews with local news personalities to promote the studio on an as-needed basis.</li>

Qualifications &amp; Requirements:

<li>Beard Authenticity: Santa actors/models must maintain a well-groomed, white beard to be considered for employment.</li>
<li>Previous Acting Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience playing Santa, but previous experience is not required.  </li>

Dressers are expected to perform each and every duty and  obligation with due diligence and to the best of their knowledge, skill, judgment, and ability. The Dresser is expected to devote such amounts of time, energy and skill as may be necessary to perform the duties required hereunder. Opportunities, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

POSITION SUMMARY &amp; FUNCTIONS:
The Mobile Outreach Coordinator (MOC) for CHSI works closely with the Regional Operations Manager, CEO, COO, and other staff to lead CHSI's mobile intervention unit. The Mobile Unit extends coverage for all CHSI services including medical, dental, and behavioral health. The unit focuses on providing high-quality mobile outreach services to the most remote and vulnerable communities in North Dakota and Minnesota through robust community engagement and service provision. The MOC will be responsible for all technical and operational aspects of managing the mobile van and will ensure that all mobile unit practices are aligned with the Mobile Unit standards operating procedures (SOP).
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Provide technical leadership on mobile outreach activities and improve staff knowledge and capacity in the implementation of mobile outreach programs.</li>

We are searching for a full-time Mobile Outreach Coordinator to join our Grafton, ND team. 
POSITION SUMMARY &amp; FUNCTIONS:
The Mobile Outreach Coordinator (MOC) for CHSI works closely with the Regional Operations Manager, CEO, COO, and other staff to lead CHSI's mobile intervention unit. The Mobile Unit extends coverage for all CHSI services including medical, dental, and behavioral health. The unit focuses on providing high-quality mobile outreach services to the most remote and vulnerable communities in North Dakota and Minnesota through robust community engagement and service provision. The MOC will be responsible for all technical and operational aspects of managing the mobile van and will ensure that all mobile unit practices are aligned with the Mobile Unit standards operating procedures (SOP).

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Provide technical leadership on mobile outreach activities and improve staff knowledge and capacity in the implementation of mobile outreach programs.</li>
<li>Manage all technical and operational aspects of managing the mobile van. This includes scheduled maintenance, driving, fueling, registration, insurance coverage, emissions compliance, etc.</li>
<li>Establish relationships with CHSI communities in Rochester, Moorhead, Wilmar, and Grafton both directly and through close collaboration with the PRCs at CHSI sites. Engage target communities through frequent meetings and joint planning sessions for outreach activities. </li>
<li>Conduct a rapid needs assessment and stakeholder mapping of all CHSI communities and make recommendations for community engagement and outreach. This map will include community leaders, religious leaders, other care providers, partners, collaborators, government actors, community-based organizations, and advocate groups</li>
<li>Develop a work plan for all activities of the mobile intervention unit and provide regular updates on the work plan to the management team of CHSI.</li>
<li>Establish and nurture relationships with potential CHSI partners working towards similar objectives.</li>
<li>Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of outreach activities. This includes planning rosters with CHSI providers, collaboration with PRCs, joint planning with communities, and mobilization of patients for all outreach activities. Potential target community groups include seasonal, migrant, and permanent workers in factories, canneries, and farms.</li>
