WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING This senior level position will be responsible for the planning, developing, coordinating, and managing a number of significant and complex Aiming for Zero Waste (AZW) projects as well as support the integration of implementable zero waste practices into existing programs and facilities for the County. The position will oversee the development and implementation of an integrated project schedule, integration of contractors supporting the AZW initiative, and ensure effective integration of new technologies and operations within the existing materials management operations. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing significant budget and contracts in excess of $3 million in FY2025 and large capital budgets in out years.

<li>&nbsp;Managing a team of professional and technical staff and consultants engaged in planning, design, and implementation of aiming for zero waste programs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinating development and implementation of the integrated project plan and schedule to achieve the waste diversion goals necessary to transition the County’s solid waste management system from its current reliance on incineration toward innovative material management practices in a manner that is cost effective, and supports the County’s environmental, equity, and Climate Action Plan goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Overseeing the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement plans designed to educate County officials, stakeholders, and residents/businesses on the need for enhancements to the County’s solid waste management system, and the benefits and impacts of the enhancements.</li>
<li>Coordinating with County, Maryland Department of the Environment, and other senior-level officials on major AZW program and policy matters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyzing the impact of new AZW initiatives, programs, and policies against existing permits, regulations, budget, and programs, and develop impact analyses and recommendations.</li>
<li>Preparing and overseeing annual budgets and procurements as well as the administration of contract(s) for planning, design, and implementation of zero waste initiatives and programs.</li>

AWS Marketplace Program Manager (Remote)

About The Role:
CrowdStrike is currently looking for a&nbsp;Regional Alliances&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;for our Public Sector and Healthcare segment. Success in this position will require: building a strong, productive relationship with existing partners, a focus on growing our new business opportunities within the VAR/Reseller and Referral partner channels, and achievement of a marked increase in the number of partner-originated opportunities/deal registrations.
This role is available to candidates located on the West Coast and/or PST time zone, CA preferred. 
What You'll Do:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>
Develop a business plan outlining how target revenues and objectives for the year will be achieved.
</li>
<li>
Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, &amp; competitive landscape.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with Channel Solution Architects technical enablement for relevant partners.&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales strategy for the territory.
</li>
<li>
Support/facilitate engagement of our internal sales and technical teams with partners’ sales and technical teams.
</li>
<li>
Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on design and execution of marketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers.&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition and competition.
</li>
<li>
Ability to travel up to 50%.

What You'll Need: 
<ul>
<li>
University/College degree or equivalent experience.
</li>
<li>
5+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business to business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
</li>
<li>
Experience&nbsp;selling in to public sector or healthcare customers
</li>
<li>
Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.
</li>
<li>
Partner development experience as well as experience with decision makers and current relationships within the Channel.
</li>
<li>
Ability to communicate with partners at all levels - from sales rep to C-level and business owner.
</li>
<li>
Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who is able to multi-task, work independently or within a team.
</li>
<li>
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
</li>
</ul>
 Bonus Points:&nbsp;
Previous sales experience in the information security space and strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security technologies. Prior role as an account executive or at a reseller would be a bonus.&nbsp;

Regional Alliances Manager, Public Sector/Healthcare (Remote)

About The Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced and dynamic AWS Alliance Manager to develop and grow our strategic alliance with Amazon Web Services (AWS) specifically within our Corporate/SMB segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both AWS and CrowdStrike’s offerings, as well as a proven track record in alliance management, business development, and relationship building. Your responsibilities will include building strong relations with AWS, Solution Providers, CrowdStrike’s alliance, sales, marketing teams, and creating and leading campaigns focused on driving revenue, new logos and market penetration across the Corporate/SMB segment. Success in this position will require: previous experience working with AWS, having the ability to quickly analyze and execute in a rapidly changing environment, taking charge and making things happen, and developing strong, productive relationships at all levels within AWS.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy and business plan for the AWS partnership, aligning with CrowdStrike’s Corporate/SMB segment goals and objectives.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at AWS, ensuring a high level of collaboration and mutual benefit.
</li>
<li>
Work closely with the CrowdStrike sales team to identify opportunities, develop joint solutions, and drive revenue growth through the AWS partnership.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, joint marketing programs, and co-branded initiatives.

<li>
Monitor and report on the performance of the AWS alliance, using key metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Set and manage revenue targets and work with your team and AWS sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.

<li>
Provide accurate and detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast updates of identified opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements.
</li>
<li>
Experience working with the APN Customer Engagement (ACE) portal, AWS Marketplace, and various AWS Partner Programs.
</li>
<li>
Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on AWS solutions, competitive positioning, and best practices.
</li>
<li>
Work with CrowdStrike’s sales &amp; alliance managers and AWS Partner Success Managers (PSMs) to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate.
</li>
<li>
Stay current on the CrowdStrike/AWS better together value proposition, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and enhance the value of the AWS partnership.
</li>
<li>
Represent CrowdStrike at industry events, AWS conferences, and joint customer meetings to promote the partnership and build brand awareness.
</li>
<li>
Ability to travel up to 30%. Other projects and duties as assigned.
</li>

What You’ll Need:
<ul>

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in alliance management, business development, or a related role within the technology sector, with a focus on AWS or cloud solutions.
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of AWS services and solutions, the AWS partner ecosystem, as well as a solid grasp of cybersecurity principles and CrowdStrike’s product offerings.
</li>
<li>
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A track record in building alliance/sales/partner relationships with business and technical teams.
</li>
<li>
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and achieve key objectives. Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.
</li>
<li>
A strong communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
