All contractor IT staff are part of DOD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF). This contract is to provide IS Services; to configure IT in accordance with (IAW) Department of Defense (DOD) Secure Recommendation Guides (SRGs) and Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Operate IAW DOD, US Army and WDTC Security Policies and Plans. Document IAW DOD, US Army and WDTC Configuration Control Board (CCB) requirements. Test, troubleshoot and maintain IS operations for DPG/WDTC. Monitor IS and IT implementation, configuration, and cybersecurity requirements. Primary place of performance is Dugway Proving Ground, UT. Submits a spreadsheet summarizing the overall purchase to the CIO and COR within four (4) duty days of package submittal.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Distribute equipment IAW local procedures.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Maintains property accountability throughout the issue/replacement/re-issue process.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Prior to turn-in or destruction of hard drives, verifies the requesting individual is authorized to perform this request and that they are the owner of the hard drive. Completion of proper destruction documentation is required.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Performs property management function to include preparing Department of the Army (DA) 3161s for transfers.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Performs annual and semi-annual 100% inventory of items on the hand receipt of the CIO and include results in a status report to the CIO and COR. The report may be in Contractor format and shall be sent via email within four (4) duty days of the end of the month in which the inventory was due. At any one time there are approximately 1000-1500 hand-receipt items.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Conducts a monthly random sampling consisting of 10% of items on the hand receipt of the CIO and include results in a status report to the CIO and COR. The report may be in Contractor format and shall be sent via email within 4 duty days of the end of the month in which the inventory was due.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Performs annual inventory of items on CIO durable property items responsible list and include results in a status report to the CIO and COR. The report may be in Contractor format and shall be sent via email within 4 duty days of the end of the month in which the inventory was due.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Performs monthly sensitive items inventory and include results in a status report to the CIO and COR. The Government estimates approximately 20-30 items.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Receives, routes for processing and/or configuration, issue, transfer, receive and turn-in hand receipt items and durable property.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Completes documents associated with receipt, issue, transfer, turn-in, destruction, loss, theft and inventory, and submit documents to CIO for review and/or signature.
