a. Provide customer service for various property requests and enter/remove property records from Navy ERP as required. The contractor shall also develop and implement processes to comply with various Navy Property Management policies and procedures. b. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistician III to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and optimize the management of depot parts and supplies, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating inventory, streamlining supply chain processes, and supporting operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Track depot parts and material inventory to ensure appropriate inventory levels. </li>
<li>Coordinate parts orders for depot technicians and engineers through AQMs/buyers. </li>
<li>Develop part lists for orders, research vendors, and obtain quotes for submission to AQMs/buyers. </li>
<li>Track depot repair metrics and generate detailed metrics reports. </li>
<li>Update Integrated Master Schedules using MS Project and Excel. </li>
<li>Revise and maintain work instructions and procedures as needed. </li>
<li>Assist in creating project cost estimates. </li>
<li>Work with Government Production Controllers to prepare shop orders in SWMS.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>This position will require a highly organized and detail-oriented professional that will be tracking parts inventories for the depot and assisting with project planning and management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Project and Excel, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This person will need to be able to quickly learn new project management systems such as SWMS, ERP, and iPDM.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.</li>

HELIOS is seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistician to join our dedicated team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to vital research and development, testing, evaluation, engineering, and fleet support activities for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex logistics projects within NSWCPD Code 60, which oversees the Compatibility Test Facility, ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative solutions that bolster national defense.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage logistics plans for complex naval projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support testing, evaluation, and engineering activities for naval platforms and systems.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, transportation, and distribution of equipment and supplies related to naval research and development.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving logistical issues to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and safety standards related to logistics operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Support the preparation of logistics documentation, reports, and presentations for management and client review.

Requirements:
The following are the minimum requirements for this position:
<ul>
<li>Possess a current, active SECRET Clearance</li>
<li>Experience working with and handling U-NNPI Information.</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>
<li>Bachelor level degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering field, or related field of study from an accredited College or University</li>
<li>May substitute degree requirements with equivalent validation/certification gained through service in the US Military in the field of Officer or Senior Enlisted (E6 or above) logistics support billets or Navy Enlisted Classification Codes (NECs).</li>
<li>Ten (10) years of experience as a logistician supporting supply programs or projects. </li>
<li>Possess a working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and/or Fleet organizations</li>
