<li>Safely and accurately identifies, unloads, receives, and locates raw material from trucks. Physically and electronically moves and locates all raw material, WIP, hardware and supplies into designated areas based on standard processes.</li>
<li>Organizes, monitors, and consolidates scrap metal bins including preparing skids/tubs/dumpsters for shipment, weighing, and identifying material types, creating BOL/packing slip, and contacting vendor for pickup. Work with purchasing to reconcile any differences in weights/payment from vendor.</li>
<li>Prepares product for shipment. Loads and unloads trucks. Coordinates with Bloomington shipping/receiving/purchasing departments to ensure accurate paperwork is completed.</li>
<li>Performs daily, weekly, monthly PM checks and inspections to ensure maximum uptime.</li>
<li>Positively coordinates and collaborates with engineering and maintenance to troubleshoot system issues an improve overall utilization.</li>
<li>Flexes daily job duties to fill in for personnel to perform various processes including special projects requiring independent action.</li>
<li>Assist in training and cross training of employees.</li>
<li>Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.</li>
<li>Notify Manager of concerns when help is needed.</li>
<li>Use appropriate tools and equipment necessary to perform the job.</li>
<li>Conducts periodic inventory cycle counts to maintain raw material inventory as directed.</li>
<li>Assists in the organization and tactical management of annual physical inventory counts.</li>

<li>Typical Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with one (1) late clinic 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., with flexibility depending upon the needs of the department and program.</li>

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Working knowledge of community mental health concepts, chemical dependency case management, and treatment services; individual assessment, treatment planning, and treatment protocols; mental health disorders and diagnostic classifications. Ability to establish positive working relationships with other employees, individuals and their families, other agencies, and the public; prepare concise and complete clinical documentation related to individual treatment and progress in services in a timely and professional manner; work within a team and collaborate with team members; knowledge of and ability to act professionally regarding a code of ethics and confidentiality. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Operates a motor vehicle; sees using depth perception; stands; sits; moves about the work area; climbs 1 floor of stairs; lifts up to 5 lbs.; (lifts, pushes, pulls and carries can be combined if same weight amounts); operates a keyboard; speaks clearly and audibly; reads a 12 pt. font; hears a normal (or whispered) level of speech.
