In this newly created role, you will collaborate directly with the President/CEO and play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales growth, while spearheading expansion into new geographic markets and developing product divisions to establish a strong regional and national operations footprint.
Duties will include:

Ideal candidate will possess:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred</li>
<li>5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns</li>
<li>Proven experience driving expansion into new markets while launching and developing new product divisions to support regional and national growth</li>
<li>Proven experience creating and managing engaging social media and web content</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.)</li>
<li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines</li>

Role Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving strategies to attract, engage, and retain residents across our multifamily portfolio. You'll lead the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that elevate our brand presence, drive occupancy, and enhance resident satisfaction. The main focus of the day-to-day will be on Google Ads and driving online visibility for properties throughout the portfolio.

Qualifications:

<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.</li>
<li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing software.</li>
