Location: This position is based in South Jacksonville, FL. The position is an in-office opportunity, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist:
<ul>
<li>Provide general office support and handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.</li>
<li>Greet and assist company guests and visitors.</li>
<li>Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.</li>
<li>Sign for and distribute package deliveries.</li>
<li>Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Some college (required)</li>
<li>One year of medical office experience (required), including front-of-office doctor's office experience (check-in/check out) and answering phones</li>
<li>Prior authorization experience (specifically through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds)</li>
<li>Ability to work in a high-call environment </li>
<li>eClinicalWorks experience </li>
<li>Highly organized and able to multitask </li>
<li>Self-motivated with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li>
