General Purpose:
Performs a variety of tasks including general sanitation procedures, proper food serving &amp; storage, operating kitchen equipment and dish machine, handling chemicals and cleaning equipment, assemble and delivers room service orders, demonstrates excellent customer service skills, adheres to all HACCP procedures in maintaining strict sanitation. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Operate &amp; clean a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment including but not limited to: toaster, steam table, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, dish washer &amp; food warmers</li>
<li>Ensure equipment is working properly. Notify supervisor when something is not working properly</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor proper temperature controls of foods during serving and holding</li>
<li>Accurately take, and record temperatures for all foods/beverages &amp; equipment</li>
<li>Assemble, delivery and/or pick up room service trays</li>
<li>Delivery food &amp; supplies to dining location</li>
<li>Serve meals attractively using appropriate serving utensils, gravies, sauces, condiments &amp; garnishes</li>
<li>Use nutritionally equivalent substitutes when required and refer to supervisor and/or dietitian and record on substitution log</li>
<li>Reset all tables and replenish table supplies in dining rooms</li>
<li>Use HACCP food handling procedures during preparation, serving, and storing of food</li>
<li>Assist in keeping all coolers, freezers, and storage areas cleaned and organized. Properly cover, store, label, and date all foods including leftovers and rotate foods properly using the FIFO (First In First Out) method</li>
<li>Clean, sanitize, and properly store all items before end of shift</li>
<li>Operate &amp; monitor the dish machine to ensure all china, glassware, silverware, and small wares are cleaned &amp; sanitized properly</li>
<li>Routinely empty trash cans</li>
<li>Sweep &amp; mop floors as assigned</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize all hand sinks and routinely stock hand towels and hand soap as needed</li>
<li>Perform daily, weekly &amp; monthly cleaning projects as assigned and initial log sheets</li>
<li>Set up, break down, and assist with service during special functions/events</li>
<li>Works with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events &amp; functions</li>
<li>Attend daily production meeting or pre-service meeting, training meetings, safety meetings &amp; staff meetings</li>
<li>Maintain a record of acceptable attendance and punctuality.</li>
<li>Adhere to all company/department rules and safety procedures</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Certifications:

Job Requirements and Skills:

Delivery Driver

<h3>Job Description</h3>
POSITION SUMMARY:
To serve our customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the warehouse by driving a tractor trailer to various customers and properly delivering and unloading product according to customer invoices and company standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>

Safely transports product from the warehouse to the customer location and ensures product is delivered on a timely basis, according to assigned route.
</li>
<li>
Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g. handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).
</li>

Picks up, loads and unloads damaged goods and customer returns, and transports products back to the warehouse.
</li>
<li>
Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g. DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).

Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g. proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard.

Follows preferred work methods at all times, and immediately advises management team of any unsafe conditions.

Maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to hand cart, pallets, load bars, SLS unit, and personal protective equipment.&nbsp;

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred. Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.
