Bush Brothers is a fifth-generation family-run meat purveyor based in West Palm Beach, FL. Established in 1925, we pride ourselves on best-in-class service, and a high-end protein portfolio. As a USDA-inspected processing plant, we specialize in center-of-the-plate and portion-controlled offerings to meet the demands of Florida’s high-end Hotel, Restaurant, and Country Club clientele. We process and distribute beef, vegetables, lamb, pork, poultry, and provisions throughout South and Central Florida and into the Caribbean.
At Bush Brothers we cultivate a service-oriented culture, viewing its customers and employees as long-term partners invested in each other’s success. In November 2024 we will be moving into a new, state-of-the-art processing facility in Royal Palm Beach. The total size of this facility is 48,000 square feet, tripling our production capacity.

Key accountabilities of Meat Sales Representative
We are seeking energetic, passionate, knowledgeable sales representatives to promote our products in new and existing markets.
Specific Duties
- Sourcing, developing, and closing on new customer leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers for prospective and current customers.
- Drive Company sales growth through new customer wins and expanding the wallet share of existing customers.
- Setting up new accounts with restaurants, country clubs, hotels, and other food service establishments.
- Taking daily orders and entering them into our ERP software.
- Managing A/R collections of your accounts.
- Coordinating with the company regarding delivery/logistics in your area.
Hours
As this role is primarily focused on routine visits to customers and prospective customers outside of the Company facility, hours are fluid, but daily time in your market is required.
Compensation
Pay for this job is negotiable, and generally starts with a competitive salary, but eventually tapers into full commission-based pay.
Qualifications
- Strong and adaptable interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the food service industry. Experience in the meat industry is a plus.
- Competitively motivated, and comfortable with sales & growth target accountability.
- Self-motivated and able to excel in an unstructured environment.
- I am willing to learn meat-industry-specific knowledge.
- Some experience is preferred, preferably in food service or distribution roles.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for frequent visits to customers & prospects.
