Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Understand the complex needs of patients and answer patient questions regarding topics such as pricing, shipping, or delivery devices with patience and empathy. </li>
<li>Act as a liaison and resource to physicians, customers, the pharmacy team and community.</li>
