The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing processes to meet production requirements of quality and quantity at lowest possible cost. The Manufacturing Engineer works closely with Production, Quality Control, Purchasing, Engineering Services, Safety, and other departments to achieve these goals. What will you do?

<li>Responsible for new product introduction (NPI) including time studies, equipment selection, line balance data, tooling specifications, manpower requirements, and all aspects of process development</li>
<li>Develops methods of operation to increase efficiency and reduce costs by studying product designs, materials, machines, and work flow</li>
<li>Designs and develops fixtures, jigs, and tools to facilitate efficient assembly or processing of products</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and practices relating to quality, safety, ergonomics, etc.</li>
<li>Establishes production schedules based on production requirements and resources available</li>
<li>Works closely with Operations Management to resolve all issues related to throughput, quality, and plant operations</li>

<li>5 to 10 years of CNC expertise.</li>

<li>Adept in CAD/CAM and shop-floor editing.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of advanced machining and technology.</li>
<li>Capacity forecasting and strategic planning skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication abilities.</li>
<li>Proven leadership qualities.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving orientation.</li>
<li>Experience in TPM, Setup Reduction, Kaizen.</li>
