What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead and support operational improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, production flow, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify operational improvement opportunities through assessments and client collaboration
- Develop and execute detailed project plans across:
- Production planning & scheduling
- Inventory control
- Material flow & logistics
- Production control
- Quality systems
- Labor optimization
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success
- Partner with plant leadership, supervisors, and floor-level teams to implement sustainable process improvements
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to clients and stakeholders
- Help uncover additional improvement opportunities through successful project delivery

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Manufacturing/process improvement
- Inventory management
- Quality systems
- Logistics & material flow
- Labor optimization
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Lean Manufacturing
- Six Sigma methodologies
- Total Quality Management (TQM)
- Proven track record of implementing successful operational improvement projects
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to build credibility with everyone from plant floor employees to executive leadership
