Franklin College is seeking to fill a Director of the Center for Diversity and Inclusion for the Student Development Department. This is a full-time, salary-exempt, 12-month position that is expected to work 39 hours per week reporting to the Vice President for Student Development and Dean of Students. RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
The Director reports to the Vice President for Student Development and Dean of Students and is responsible for supervising and providing guidance to the Assistant Director.
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:&nbsp; Minimum 3-5 years experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion required; 2 years experience on a college campus or other educational institutions, preferred. Demonstrated success in working with and advocating for students of underrepresented populations and similar success in engaging with majority students to help create a campus culture of inclusivity.
EDUCATION/LICENSING:&nbsp; Master’s degree required in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, College Student Personnel, Education, Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field. A combination of a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience will be considered.

The Wilkinson Public Library (San Miguel County Public Library District #1) is located in spectacular southwestern Colorado, known for its stunning scenic beauty and a rich, colorful history. The Library District comprises the east end of San Miguel County. From the dramatic San Juan Mountains and Telluride’s world-class skiing in the east to the mesas, farms, and high-desert ranches to the west, San Miguel County (pop. 8,082, 1289 sq. mi.) is geographically and socioeconomically diverse, a state and national treasure. A five-member board of trustees, each appointed by the San Miguel County Commissioners oversees the library district.
Currently, the District has a strong financial position. The 2025 budget anticipates $4.48M in general fund expenditures, supporting 23.35 FTE, and capital expenditures of $1.76M. Projected yearend (2025) fund balances are GF $1.2M and Capital $1.8M. The Colorado State Library ranks the WPL first in the state for per capita library visits and circulation, and third in the state for per capita program attendance.
This career opportunity is available with the scheduled retirement (late-March, 2025) of the library director, who has served as director for nearly 11 years. The library director reports to the board of trustees and oversees a management team, comprised of the managers of the library’s four key divisions: business office, operations, youth services, and public services.
A four-year degree in a relevant field of study; at least five years of progressively responsible experience in library administration; knowledge of library best practices, trends, issues, and industry software and databases; or any equivalent combination of education and experience are all required. A master’s degree in library science or library information science from an ALA- accredited school or program, or in a related field is also required. Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance at Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has oversight of the financial, risk management and information technology operations of the organization. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is delegated a high degree of responsibility to recommend and implement fiscal policies and procedures in partnership with university colleagues to ensure that ASI operates appropriately within the financial policies of the California State University (CSU) Board of Trustees and the University, while sustaining sound business practices, and strengthening the financial health of ASI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Accounting

The Assistant Dean for Career Planning and Professional Development provides leadership, management, and direct student and alumni services in the area of career services. This position oversees efforts to support JD students and alumni in obtaining employment, which is a high priority for the law school.
