Job Title:Senior Compliance Specialist-Issue ManagementJob Description:
Summary
The primary responsibility of the Senior Compliance Specialist – Issue Management is to assist the Regulatory Compliance Testing Manager with root cause analysis, resolution, and validation of both first and second line identified issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for end-to-end issue management activities from issue entry in GRC platform to remediation and validation testing.</li>
<li>Communicate with the appropriate business units and assist with corrective actions and root cause determination.</li>
<li>Communicate, assist, and advise all units regarding the various state and federal compliance laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Partner with Compliance SMEs and Business Line Partners on first line identified issues.</li>
<li>Create policies and procedures as needed to document the Bank’s issue management process as it applies to the Compliance Management System as a whole.</li>
<li>Assist bank personnel with questions and inquiries related to regulatory compliance.</li>

Makai is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Air Combat Command (ACC). This role will help develop and maintain the organizations knowledge environment to foster effective collaboration and information sharing access tools, systems, and mission partners. WORKING CONDITIONS
