Position Type: Six-month contract, with opportunity for extension or fulltime offer Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pay: $24 to $26 per hour
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide direct patient care as part of the care team. • Perform check-in/check-out duties in accordance with ACE standards. • Manage incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries. • Support clinic operations by covering short breaks and meal breaks across all departments. • Ensure smooth clinic workflow and uphold quality standards in patient care.
Requirements Include:
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare front desk, patient coordination, or customer service role. • No professional certification required.
