<li>Maintain HR Systems and processes</li>

 Education and/or Experience

<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, process management, or operations, or Associates in a related field with 10 years' HR experience in a manufacturing environment and 5 years' experience in a management role.</li>
<li>Five years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.</li>
<li>HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.</li>
<li>A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.</li>
<li>Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.</li>

Our client seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity where you will make up to $28/hr based on your experience. You will work a hybrid schedule, 8-5 Mon-Fri, with two days in the office, three days remote.
Some of your responsibilities as Human Resources Coordinator will include:
<ul>
<li>Assisting and supporting the HR team</li>
<li>Coordinates and facilitates the new employee onboarding program</li>
<li>Scanning and filing employee documents into HRIS system</li>
<li>Assisting in department meetings/events</li>
<li>Processes HR changes in the HRIS system as it relates to new employees</li>
<li>Responsible for scanning/filing employment/employee documents into the HRIS system</li>
<li>Providing reports to the HR team</li>
<li>Assisting with upkeep of HR programs</li>
<li>Assists in the coordination of department meetings, training and more</li>
<li>Maintaining knowledge of all applicable HR policies and procedures</li>
<li>Working collaboratively and fostering a positive work environment</li>
</ul>
To qualify for Human Resources Coordinator position, you must have: 
<ul>
<li>One (1) year of professional work experience in the Human Resources field</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Experience administering payroll benefits preferred</li>
<li>One (1) year HRIS experience preferred</li>
<li>Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel</li>
<li>Strong desire to learn Human Resource knowledge</li>
<li>High organization skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
</ul>
