Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources Department with payroll administration, compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now and a strong understanding of Puerto Rico labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and review payroll on a biweekly basis using ADP Workforce Now.
• Recruitment of upcoming classes of agents and other positions as needed.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee onboarding.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with management and employees to resolve payroll and HR-related inquiries.
• Participate in the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance updates.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities such as recognition programs, newsletter and others.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (processing, reports, and updates).
• Strong knowledge of Puerto Rico labor laws, including leave of absence, overtime, and benefits.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement programs or internal events.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
