We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, professionalism, and a friendly approach are equally important.
We are looking for an accomplished HR professional Generalist with expertise in full-cycle employee relations, focused on conducting timely and impartial investigations to achieve positive resolutions. Proven success in managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims, collaborating with adjusters to determine the root cause of incidents, and developing and implementing safety training programs that promote a 'Safety First' culture.
We value team members who bring not only professional knowledge but also a warm, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and is comfortable balancing structure with flexibility.
