Job Summary:
OnPay is seeking a client-focused, highly collaborative, and experienced individual to join our Client Operations organization. The Operations organization is responsible for helping our clients identify and resolve issues in a simple and transparent way. The Advanced Support Consultant serves as the primary point of support to our Client Service teams and clients for more complex items related to payroll tax rules, regulations, compliance, operations, products, and other matters.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Serve as an additional layer of support to Client Services teams and OnPay clients on more complex post-payroll tax filing-related issues. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to employment tax, quarterly/annual reconciliations and filings compliance, reviewing agency notices and assessments, and other tax inquiries

Act as an ambassador for OnPay by driving Client satisfaction through effective communication and impactful engagement
</li>

Provide client support via a ticket management system to effectively troubleshoot and resolve employment tax issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in identifying and driving best practices for process improvement

Take ownership and drive resolution while keeping internal/external clients appropriately informed

Education and Experience
<ul>

3+ years of HCM and/or employment tax filing, payroll customer service experience required
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of employer tax principles and proven experience with payroll and tax operations (e.g. tax notice resolution, amendment processing, etc), HCM software or related fields.
</li>
<li>
College experience (degree strongly preferred)
</li>
<li>
Experience with CRM platforms and MS Excel
</li>
<li>
G-Suite, Xero and QuickBooks knowledge a plus

The pay rate for the role is $28.84-$31.25 in Atlanta, GA. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Advanced Support Consultant (Payroll Tax)

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Position Summary: 
The Delivery Support &amp; Payroll Associate plays a key part in the daily and weekly administrative functions for the One NSC process. Each Delivery Support &amp; Payroll Associate will work with their assigned operational leaders, recruiters, sales representatives, and field associates. In this role, the Delivery Support &amp; Payroll Associate will ensure the smooth operation of the branch and daily recruiting and business operations. They are the liaison between the field (sales &amp; recruiting) and the back office (finance &amp; risk). 
Duties/Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Answer and direct inbound calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all inquiries. </li>
<li>Timely, accurately, and compliantly send, review, approve and process new hire onboarding paperwork, including offer letters, Direct Deposit information, and completing the I-9 and e-verify. The Delivery Support &amp; Payroll Associate must demonstrate a high degree of service orientation, focused on actively working to onboard new employees in a manner that positively represents the company and makes the new employee feel important and welcome. </li>
<li>Process necessary background checks and drug tests required for jobs. </li>
<li>Collect and save required items for payroll processing on a weekly basis. </li>
<li>Work in close communication with operational leaders, Recruiters, HR, Payroll, and Billing departments in addition to field associates. </li>
<li>Provide timecard and billing adjustment as needed to ensure proper payout and invoicing. </li>
<li>Serve as a first point of contact for trouble shooting any onboarding and payroll issues. </li>
<li>Work with each recruiting team on ensuring job boards are up to date. </li>
<li>Assist recruiters with tracking candidates in VMS exchanges as well as tracking employee certifications to ensure they are active. </li>
<li>Assist with ordering, scheduling, and administering required employee remote and onsite training during the onboarding process. </li>
<li>Contribute to front of the office duties as needed per office. </li>
<li>Other duties as assigned. </li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education may satisfy work experience qualifications. </li>
<li>Prefer 1-3 years of experience with human resources processes, employee onboarding, and/or payroll process experience. </li>
<li>Previous experience with delivering exceptional customer service. </li>
<li>Prefer knowledge of NSC processes and/or working competency with Bullhorn </li>
<li>Ability to work independently </li>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal team members. Ability to clearly articulate job, employment, and payroll information. </li>
