Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven People Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our HR function. ServiceCore is scaling rapidly (weve hired enough teammates to field a Broncos roster in the last 10 months!), and we are transitioning our People function from "firefighting" to "strategic building."
 
You will be the operational engine that keeps the department running. This role will own the critical day-to-day workflowsonboarding logistics, data integrity, and employee support. This is not just a "paper pushing" role; it is an opportunity to build the infrastructure that will support our next stage of growth. You will report to the Director of People Operations as a People Operations Coordinator.
 
What Youll Do:
Own the Employee Lifecycle Logistics (Onboarding &amp; Offboarding)

<li>The "White Glove" Welcome: Manage the end-to-end logistics for new hires, including drafting offer letters, running background checks (Checkr), coordinating equipment with IT, and ensuring the "Welcome Kit" and swag are ready on Day 1.</li>
<li>Smooth Exits: administer the offboarding checklist, process separation paperwork, and coordinate asset recovery, ensuring a compliant and respectful exit experience. </li>
</ul>
HR Tech &amp; Data Integrity
<ul>
<li>Maintain impeccable data accuracy within our HR tech stack (BambooHR as our source of truth, plus Lattice for performance).</li>
<li>Process employee changes (promotions, manager changes, compensation updates) and ensure all digital files are compliant and up to date.</li>
<li>Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new tools as we scale our tech stack in 2026.</li>
<li>Support with payroll processing. </li>

Tier 1 Employee Support &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Serve as the first point of contact (Tier 1 support) for general employee questions regarding benefits, time off, and policies.</li>

Salary Range We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
