Job DescriptionSalary: $17.00 per hour

Position: Weekend Recruitment & Scheduling Coordinator (Hybrid)

Status: Part-time. 20 hours per week. In the event more than 20 hours of work is required, additional hours will be paid. **On call is required from Friday at 4:00pm to Monday at 8:00am. See schedule below.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour


Schedule:

On call from Friday at 2:30pm to Monday at 8:00am.

Friday (remote): 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Saturday (remote): 9:00am to 3:00pm

Sunday (in-office): 9:00am to 3:00pm

Monday (remote): 8:00am to 11:00am


Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Customer Service/ Communication
o Answering phone calls to assist with call-offs, coverage, incident reports, etc. Follow up communication (re phone calls or text messages) is required.
o Manage and document daily attendance, vacation requests, and other schedule changes. Proactively contact employees daily to fill open shifts and cases, effectively communicating client needs before acceptance. Document as required.
o Send daily text and email alerts to employees regarding open schedules.


Documentation
o Complete all required documentation in regard to changes in software, spreadsheets, etc. Detail is required.
o Assist employees as necessary with documentation to be completed accurately and timely.


Recruiting
o Conduct phone interviews, contact references and extend job offers.


Other Duties
o Administrative tasks including filing, opening mail, etc.

Other duties as assigned.


Requirements
Two to three years of previous experience in customer service or in the home health care field. Proficient with Microsoft Office, and other Office Applications.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to relate to internal and external customers and clients, alike, at all levels.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, able to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
High level of independent problem solving.
Previous experience working with a vulnerable population or customers preferred.
