Administrator
 
Position Summary
The Administrator is responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of the Center in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the patients and residents at all times.
 
Reports to
Directly reports to the Regional Director of Operations for coordination of all available services.
 
Supervises
The Administrator is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out and ensuring the successful follow-through of all assigned duties of all staff.
 
Recommended Position Qualifications
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary. A degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Service Coordination: Schedule service repairs and preventive maintenance efficiently, assigning tasks to technicians.</li>
<li>Technical Insight: Review technical manuals to understand service and parts requirements and address customer technical concerns.</li>
<li>Resource Management: Reserve necessary parts and tools for field service assignments and coordinate warranty repairs with vendors.</li>
<li>Customer Interaction: Prepare customer quotes, proactively promote factory service contracts, and schedule equipment servicing.</li>
<li>Follow-Up: Ensure repairs are completed thoroughly and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.</li>
<li>Training &amp; Development: Participate in training sessions and fieldwork with technicians to enhance technical understanding.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Assist in meetings, discussion groups, and maintain clear communication within the team.</li>
<li>Record Keeping: Complete detailed, accurate work orders and maintain confidentiality of sensitive technical information.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Education: High school diploma required; business training is a plus.</li>
<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. ERP system experience and forklift operation training are advantageous.</li>
<li>Experience: At least 4 years in customer service; mechanical and/or electrical experience is a bonus.</li>
</ul>
