ASSISTED LIVING ADMINISTRATOR - Full Time

The Plaza at Mililani is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to lead our compassionate team and ensure the highest quality of care for our Residents. This is an opportunity to positively impact The Plaza's Residents' lives and lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
The Administrator role is responsible for the overall operation and management of the facility, ensuring Residents receive personalized and engaging care in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing finances, leading staff, maintaining relationships with Residents and Families, managing oversight of admissions and discharges, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Qualification:
-High School diploma & bachelor's degree in relevant field with 2 years of operations management or operations management experience 4+ years
-Have at least two years experience, in a management capacity, in the housing or healthcare services or personal care industries, or any combination thereof.
-knowledge of regulations
-strong leadership and communication skills
-ability to manage and control finances
-Administrator License accepted in the State of Hawaii for Assisted Living (may obtain after 30 days)

Starting salary:
$90,000 annually + incentive; negotiable with prior relevant experiences.
This position is on-call 24/7 for emergencies, etc.
Candidate must be able to start within 30 days of the offer.
