We are currently in need of a General Manager for our Menaul location to lead all aspects of our business.
Your responsibilities will include delivering a high-quality menu daily and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you will need prior management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room and check-in with all guests. Back of the house management experience is essential, as you’ll hire qualified Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and guests have pleasant dining experiences.
You must be self-motivated and capable of assessing critical situations and making thoughtful decisions. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively.
This position requires open availability. Minimum 54&nbsp;hours a week required. Full benefits upon completion of probationary period. You must have an up-to-date Alcohol Serving license and food handlers card.&nbsp;Must have experience with line cooking. Reliable transportation is a requirement. Being bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities

Skills
<ul>
<li>Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager</li>
<li>Proven customer service experience as a manager</li>
<li>Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff</li>
<li>Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha</li>
