Positions Scope 
The Program Technician monitors Alpine Springs clients. Ensures clients adhere to Alpine Springs policies and procedures, the PA Health Department, DDAP and CARF standards. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Help clients achieve treatment goals and objectives by coaching and guiding clients in resolving simple problems and acquiring skills for living a clean/ sober lifestyle.</li>
<li>Monitor clients for compliance with Alpine Springs Linesville, LLC expectations, rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor clients to ensure their safety and well being through regular rounds and roll calls.</li>
<li>Monitor client attendance and behavior at in-house and off grounds activities including: nature activities, recreation, self-help meetings, educational sessions and meals.</li>
<li>Supervises clients doing their chores.</li>
<li>Conducts in-house group activities for clients (e.g. informational groups, movies, self-help groups).</li>
<li>Transport clients to and from appointments and outside self-help meetings.</li>
<li>Documents facility and activities to ensure the ongoing maintenance of records and reports (e.g. status book and client counts each shift).</li>
<li>Assists with client body and belongings searches when necessary.</li>
<li>Obtain urine drug screens from clients when necessary.</li>
<li>Report all incidents including potential incidents of abuse or neglect immediately to direct supervisor.</li>
<li>Observe, respond to and report potential hazards which may result in an accident or injury to the client, staff or others.</li>
<li>Demonstrate job specific knowledge of fire and disaster preparedness during drills or actual situations.</li>
<li>Protect client rights and apply the principles of HIPAA, client privacy and confidentiality to all practices.</li>
<li>Meet all standards for PA Health Department, DDAP, Funding Sources, Alpine Springs and CARF standards.</li>
<li>Any other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business. </li>

Location and Weekly Schedule: Depending on the needs of the business, the following weekly schedule is available

<li>Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM. </li>
<li>Alpine Springs operates on a 24 hours per day and 7 days per week schedule. Employees are assigned shifts to accommodate these hours. All employees are expected to be flexible and understand that they may be asked to work different shifts/ at different sites to aid in covering the hours of the company; Alpine Springs has a facility lcated in Linesville, PA (Clinically Managed residential). </li>

Qualifications:

The Electrical &amp; Instrumental (E&amp;I) Technician is critical in ensuring our machinery is working in top condition, enhancing our operational efficiency, and maintaining our reputation for quality. This position works with little supervision, must be capable of working independently, and adhere to all safety regulations.

What you will do:

Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to minimize production downtime. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and reduce maintenance costs.</li>
<li>Documentation, Compliance, and Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and system upgrades. Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for maintenance and repair tasks. Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless operations. Who you are:

The Intake Authorization Coordinator will facilitate all phases of intake to include benefits verification, authorization, and patient financial counseling while coordinating needed interaction with Caregivers, Physicians, and other internal/external stakeholders during the execution of these functions. This person will work under the direct supervision of the Director; Intake-Authorization collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional value to our customers. This individual will be a key contributor and should be an experienced professional in this segment of care delivery. The successful candidate will perform all duties in accordance with company policy/procedure, state professional standards, and other applicable regulatory requirements. 
 Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

<li>Must be experienced with insurance coverage for infusion, specific health plans, and have familiarity with key requirements necessary for accurate benefit checks and authorizations. </li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Utilize specifications, drawings, certified electrical standards, and customer orders to ensure the product matches requirements.</li>
<li>Check materials, procedures, and mechanical or electrical systems to ensure customers get high-quality, functional products.</li>
<li>Responsible for testing of products at various points in the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to customer requirements.</li>
<li>Perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment.</li>
<li>Diagnosing errors or technical problems.</li>
<li>Recommendations to resolve testing problems or equipment malfunctions.</li>
<li>Results recording of performed inspections and maintained test records.</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.</li>
<li>Apply knowledge of electronic theory, schematics, specifications, and test techniques to isolate both product and PCB failures to the lowest replaceable unit or component.</li>

<li>Assist Engineering in circuit debug, evaluation, and characterization, and analyze and interpret test information to assist in resolution of design-related problems.</li>
<li>Practice 5S manufacturing methodologies.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree or certification in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in electrical testing or a similar role is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using common testing equipment and tools, including oscilloscopes, DMMs, and signal generators.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of analog, digital, embedded systems, and power circuitry, with the ability to troubleshoot PCBs and systems down to the component level.</li>
<li>Ability to read, interpret, and understand schematics, Bills of Material (BOMs), and other engineering documentation.</li>
<li>Familiarity with electrical standards or compliance certifications (UL, ETL, CSA) is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to solder and inspect SMT assemblies to IPC standards.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.</li>
