Job Description 
This position is contingent on contract award.&nbsp;
International Health and Medical Services is looking for an experienced Paramedic to provide emergency medical care and responding to medical crises involving patients, ensuring timely and effective treatment in high-pressure situations. This role includes assessing patients, performing life-saving interventions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to facilitate appropriate medical follow-up as needed.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Evaluate patient's condition to properly stabilize for treatment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation on patients through various techniques such as, intravenous (IV) insertion, intubation and drug administration.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate patient's condition to properly stabilize for treatment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Determine advance medical implications of wounds to treat appropriately.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Determine proper method to stabilize patients with physical injuries, such as, fractures, dislocations and sprains.&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications 
Basic Requirements/Certifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Possess a National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic ((NREMT-P) certification.&nbsp;</li>
<li>American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Current Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Employees shall have at least one year of general experience that demonstrates the following:&nbsp;

 Additional Information 
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

We are hiring Paramedics to serve in Greensboro GA on an ALS truck to do emergency and critical hospital to hospital transports. Post certification on the Vent will be provided after hiring.
 
On average we run 117 calls a month and 75% of those calls are ALS with IV drips, Monitors, and Vents. Our focus is to always make sure we meet the ALS transport needs of patients. We are building double paramedic teams to meet those needs.
