TOWN OF HARTFORD, VERMONT FIREFIGHTER EMT /A-EMT/PARAMEDIC The Town of Hartford is accepting applications for the positions of Firefighter EMT/Advanced EMT/Paramedic. Must have the following certifications: P Valid CPAT card P High school diploma P Emergency Medical Technician P Firefighter level I P Valid driver's license Paramedic certification is preferred. A background check, oral interview required for selected applicants. Positions are available July 1, 2026, starting at $26.46 FF/EMT and achieve A-EMT within 18 months, $29.11 FF/Paramedic. 42-hour work week plus generous benefit package, education stipends, paid holidays, overtime, Vermont Municipal Retirement System-Group D.
