Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare (Remote)

I. I. General Summary Responsible for overall control of safety and health for all plant aspects including, but not limited to, OSHA and state related safety compliance, team member health and wellness, and workers' compensation. Coordinates the planning, organizing, scheduling and implementation of safety policies, programs, and procedures within plant including a safety audit/inspection system. Monitors site condition, practices, and procedures for compliance with health and safety requirements. Selects and implements corrective action and follow-up to ensure proper action has been taken. II. Essential Job Functions: A. Assist management in appropriate loss control and accident prevention measures to comply with TBA and plant mission and objectives. B. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Certification as Occupational Safety and Health Technician (OSHTEC), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). Experience: • Minimum of 4 years diversified experience in safety, loss prevention, emergency response management, consulting, supervision, and administration in a manufacturing environment required (preferably automotive). • Experienced in emergency response and be able to maintain current First Aid and CPR certificates. • Previous exposure to a multicultural office environment preferred. • Toyota Tier 1 or other OEM Tier 1 automotive parts production experience is a plus. Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance at Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has oversight of the financial, risk management and information technology operations of the organization. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is delegated a high degree of responsibility to recommend and implement fiscal policies and procedures in partnership with university colleagues to ensure that ASI operates appropriately within the financial policies of the California State University (CSU) Board of Trustees and the University, while sustaining sound business practices, and strengthening the financial health of ASI.
The Director of Finance will sit as a non-voting member and serve as an advisor to the ASI Student Board of Directors, which doubles as the Sacramento State Student Government. &nbsp;&nbsp;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Accounting 
<ul>
<li>Oversees the supervision and management of all aspects of the functional areas of the Accounting Services department, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, cashiering, fixed asset management, internal controls, policy development and implementation, legal, and audit compliance as well as maintenance of the general ledger.</li>

Minimum Qualifications

Job DescriptionRoles &amp; Responsibilities: As the primary person on the front lines of customer service, the Customer Service Rep handles inbound &amp; outbound contact with customers including, but not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours</li>
<li>Respond to any voicemails and/or messages from answering service (if applicable)</li>
<li>Respond to inbound email correspondence, forward on as appropriate</li>
<li>Greet customers and all other visitors to the showroom (if applicable)</li>
<li>Screen incoming leads/potential customers</li>
<li>Schedule estimate appointments</li>
<li>Quote product by telephone for clients/customers (if applicable)</li>
<li>Assist Estimators with follow up on pending sales/ quotes by phone and/or email</li>
<li>Strategically schedule work appointments for Installation Technicians, along with customers accordingly</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issue from field if needed, working with GM/vendors and techs to find solutions</li>
<li>Check order confirmations from fabricators/vendors for size and pricing accuracy</li>
<li>Filing of daily work orders and estimates</li>
<li>Ordering of all office / shop supplies</li>
<li>Keeping office clean/tidy</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Educational Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>All candidates must be able pass initial background check and drug test</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills:

<li>Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel)</li>
