Per Oregon Health Authority, Behavioral Health Services Rule 309-019-0130: Program staff providing direct services shall receive clinical supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor related to the development, implementation, and outcome of services, documentation of two hours per month of supervision for each individual supervised.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED Primary supervision of employees is not a responsibility of this classification; however, positions may act as lead workers, as defined in the Marion County Personnel Rules. May assist in the supervision of interns and volunteers.
Typical Duties - Duties include, but are not limited to the following

<li>Provide advanced and specialized therapeutic interventions to individuals, such as EMDR, advanced DBT, ACT, etc.</li>
<li>Work independently to provide crisis assessment and specific intervention services, including development of safety/crisis plans and suicide and self-harm risk assessments. </li>

Case Management &amp; Consultation

<li>Determine individual service needs, eligibility, and appropriateness of services. </li>

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

Prepares certified written and electronic verbatim transcripts; proofreads, edits and produces hearing transcripts. 
Prepares trial index; attaches photocopies of all trial exhibits; certifies accuracy and completeness of documents.
Prepares certified documents for filing with Clerk of Court; produces and distributes copies of documents as appropriate.

POSITION: Court ReporterDEPARTMENT: Superior Court 3WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., M-FSALARY: $1,988.77 Biweekly Incumbent serves as Court Reporter for Superior Court 3 , responsible for preparing records of court proceedings, and preparing and processing court documents. DUTIES:Attends and makes audio tape recordings and shorthand notes of court proceedings, including operating recording equipment, taking notes, and labeling recorded tapes. Prepares exhibits for storage, including inventorying items, writing information on storage envelope, packaging and filing in evidence room.
