Req'mts: JD or foreign equiv in Law, or rel. field, & 2 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or in rel. occupation. Employer will accept LLM in lieu of JD. 2 yrs of progressively responsible exp must incl: conducting legal research to anlyz statutes, case law, & admin regulations incl using search engine & court filing syst to research state-specific legal updts.
