Summary
The Physician provides high quality, patient-focused health care services to all patients in collaboration with the other staff members to ensure that the individually planned needs and desires of patients are met, regardless of age or gender, on a continuing basis by performing the duties outlined below. The Physician abides by the standards and laws governing the practice of medicine as established by the State Board of Medical Examiners and State Professional and Occupational Standards. It is also the Physician’s obligation to be sure that the relationship of and access to the clinician is defined, and that a process for evaluation is established. It is the obligation of each Physician to remain current with required continuing medical education, BLS certification and licensure. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Adheres to guidelines as established by the Company policy and procedure manuals while maintaining appropriate clinical standards of care. </li>
<li>Thoroughly evaluates patients by clinical interview, history, physical examination and interpretation of applicable tests to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-focused healthcare. </li>
<li>Aides the patients in their right to be informed and to participate in making decisions in all aspects of their medical care and treatment plan while respecting their personal values and beliefs.</li>
<li>Actively promotes health and disease prevention by educating both the patient and family. Providing patient and family instruction based on individualized patient needs. </li>
<li>Orders and reviews necessary tests, analyses, results and diagnostic images in a timely manner to determine appropriate treatment and follow up. </li>
<li>Administers or prescribes treatments and medications appropriate for patient age and condition.</li>
<li>Promotes health by educational instruction as well as advising patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease. </li>
<li>Refers patients to medical specialist, consultant services or emergency department when necessary for patient’s well-being.</li>
<li>Accurately, efficiently, and completely documents necessary data for patient records to facilitate completion of billing processes. </li>
<li>Submits all entries in medical record including both electronic or paper, in a legible and complete manner with date, time and signed with appropriate credentials. Documentation will be completed prior to discharge from the facility when possible but no later than 48 hours after discharge from the facility. </li>
<li>Utilizes all equipment, supplies, facilities, and resources of the Company in a prudent and efficient manner. </li>
<li>Participates in department quality improvement activities, staff educational programs, attends departmental meetings, and demonstrates and maintains clinical competency in the delivery of patient care services in accordance with Company guidelines. </li>
<li>Participates in Peer Review and Chart Audit processes as designated by the Medical Director. </li>
<li>Maintains supervisory duties over staff as required. </li>
<li>Maintains competency in skills relevant to the scope of services provided in the facility. The scope of services in specific markets will require employees to complete relevant training and to obtain additional certifications or licensure. (DOT Certification, Occupational Medicine Certification, Dispensing Permits, Telemedicine permits, etc.)</li>

Supervisory Responsibilities
The physician is responsible for the supervision, control, and direction of the Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, including students on clinical rotation, nurse, nurse technician, medical assistant, and radiology technicians, and retains responsibility to the patient for their competence and performance.

The Director oversees day-to-day operations, supervises a multidisciplinary team including Community Health Workers, Information and referral specialist and the Pantry engagement Specialists and fosters collaborative relationships with service providers, donors, and stakeholders. This mid-management role ensures that programs are effectively run, adequately staffed, and aligned with CHASI’s mission and values of dignity, respect, and empowerment. They maintain high standards of program delivery, compliance, and reporting, while continuously seeking opportunities for innovation, quality improvement, and strategic growth. The Director also establishes and maintains relationships with food resources and community providers to bring in free or low-cost services, expanding the range of support available to clients. These partnerships spanning community organizations, healthcare providers, and social service agencies are essential to enhancing the impact and reach of the Community Access Center. 
 
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Community Outreach and Partnership Development: Engage with community members to inform them about CHASI's services, identify new locations for SNAP and health insurance enrollment, and establish partnerships with service providers to share information and potentially offer direct access at the Community Access Center. </li>
<li>Supervision: Provide direct individual supervision to various staff members, including Pantry Specialist, Community Health Workers, and CHAMP program Navigator at the Community Access Center. </li>

The Organ Machine Perfusion Specialist plays a critical role in advancing the mission of New England Donor Services by increasing organ utilization through machine perfusion technologies. Working under the guidance of the Manager of Organ Machine Perfusion, this position is responsible for the perfusion and preservation of organs for transplant using various organ machine perfusion methods. The Specialist will collaborate closely with organ recovery teams, travel to donor hospitals for organ recoveries on rotating on-call basis. Strong teamwork, adaptability, attention to detail and dedication to quality and precision are essential for this role.
FOCUS AREAS/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

<li>Operate and manage various organ perfusion devices, including ex vivo perfusion and hypothermic or normothermic machine perfusion systems.</li>
<li>Prepare perfusion equipment and solutions according to established protocols.</li>
<li>Monitor organ function and perfusion parameters throughout the preservation process.</li>
<li>Perform laboratory testing, such as blood gas analysis and metabolic assessments, to evaluate organ viability.</li>
<li>Performs functions necessary for the perfusion, support, measurement, and assessment of donor organs while on organ machine perfusion device.</li>

Job Description 
In the Department of Technology, Office of Cybersecurity, the Technology Resiliency Specialist plays a key role in the preparation and execution of the Technology Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity/ Continuity of Operations Plans.&nbsp;
Major functions in this role include (and are not limited to):

<li>Work with City departments to plan, design, and test the resilience solutions for all critical City systems to support the citywide technology resilience program</li>
<li>Conduct detailed Technology Risk assessment and Business Impact Analysis&nbsp;</li>

Appointment Type:
This Temporary Exempt (TEX), Full Time position is excluded by the Charter from the competitive civil service examination process and shall serve at the discretion of the appointment officer. The anticipated duration of this project position is thirty-six (36) months and will not result in an eligible list or permanent civil service hiring.
Work Location
Incumbent will conduct the majority of work at the Department of Technology,&nbsp;(1 S Van Ness, Ave San Francisco, CA 94103).&nbsp; However, there may be situations where the incumbent will be required to work at other sites throughout the City of San Francisco as necessary.

Qualifications 
Education:&nbsp;An associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university OR its equivalent in terms of total course credits/units [i.e., at least sixty (60) semester or ninety (90) quarter credits/units with a minimum of twenty (20) semester or thirty (30) quarter credits/units in one of the fields above or a closely-related field].
Experience: Three (3) years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and/or maintaining the components of an enterprise network.
Substitution:&nbsp;Additional experience as described above may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for-year basis (up to a maximum of two (2) years). One (1) year is equivalent to thirty (30) semester units/ forty-five (45) quarter units with a minimum of 10 semester / 15 quarter units in one of the fields above or a closely related field.
Completion of the 1010 Information Systems Trainee Program may be substituted for the required degree.

JOB SUMMARY: The Victim Advocate is responsible for providing comprehensive trauma-informed advocacy and case management services for adult survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking through New Life Center's Outreach Department.
This position has multiple locations to include New Life Center Shelter, New Life Center's Sunshine Healing Services, and in the community based on the survivor's needs.
The goal of this position is to provide trauma-informed, survivor-led supportive services to primary and secondary survivors. The services offered at New Life Center promote healing, community, and empowerment. The Advocate position upholds New Life Center's mission, vision, and core values of compassion, resilience, equity, and community.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision - None
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Direct Services 1. Provides trauma-informed advocacy and case management for survivor participants. 2. Provides culturally relevant services to all survivors and their families, including women, men, children, LGBTQ+, and survivors of diverse ethnic, racial, and cultural backgrounds. 3. Facilitates survivor support groups and activities. 4. Works collaboratively with community partners to provide holistic healing options and culturally specific healing modalities to survivors at Sunshine Healing Services. 5. Provides information, referral and assistance related to victim rights.
6. Accompanies survivors when interacting with members of the legal system, including law enforcement, courts, and prosecutors. This includes law enforcement coordination if/when a survivor wishes to file a police report. 7. May provide transportation to and from court hearings and other legal-related appointments when necessary and appropriate. 8. Assists with victim advocacy/accompaniment to emergency medical care and/or medical forensic examinations. 9. Assesses level and history of violence experienced and aids in the development of a safety plan for survivors. 10. Assesses survivor's immediate needs and develops a case plan with referrals to services which align with the survivor's goals. 11. Provides information and referrals to legal aid agencies and/or agencies specializing in immigration, child abuse, elder abuse, and/or disabilities. 12. Documents all survivor and community services rendered in appropriate database(s) timely, accurately, and completely. 13. Tracks and monitors service performance at least weekly and provides written and/or oral reports, as requested, on performance strengths and needs in weekly program meetings and/or during regularly scheduled supervision. 14.  Community Outreach 1. Participates in agency-wide awareness and/or initiates awareness and outreach events throughout Maricopa County. 2. Overview: Community Support Specialist - Justice Involved 
 
This position provides intensive, recovery-oriented community-based rehabilitation and outreach services for adults with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders who have recurring involvement with the criminal justice system. The primary goal is to engage individuals in treatment, reduce reliance on emergency and law enforcement interventions, and support stability and reintegration in the community.
The Case Manager will work in close partnership with the Decatur Police Department and other justice stakeholders to identify, engage, and support individuals who are at risk of repeated arrest or detention due to unmet behavioral health needs. Services will be delivered in the community, including homes, shelters, hospitals, police contacts, and at Heritage Behavioral Health Center, with a focus on reducing law enforcement contacts through proactive and sustained engagement.
This role will also incorporate Contingency Management as a structured therapeutic approach to enhance motivation and reinforce treatment goals. Through the use of positive reinforcement strategies, clients will be supported in meeting recovery milestones and sustaining engagement with services.
 
Core Responsibilities Include:
