Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance and general repair work throughout the building, as well as with mechanical equipment and utility systems. <ul>
<li>High School Diploma or G.E.D.</li>
<li>2-5 years’ experience in maintenance role</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair</li>
<li>Prefer Property Maintenance experience.</li>
<li>Must possess or have the ability to acquire a CPO (Sand will cover costs)</li>
<li>MN State Special Engineer Boilers license within 6 months of employment</li>
</ul>
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Pass a drug test, physical and background check.
Valid Class D Driver’s license with a good driving record required
Ability to respond outside of typical business hours, to include the middle of the night and weekends.
