WE OFFER:

• Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity: Pay range of $20 to $24 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience performing work using your hands. Common areas are construction, manufacturing, painting, or other personal hobbies.
• Facilities maintenance is a huge bonus but is not a requirement.
• Have a history of resurfacing tubs in the past.
• Comprehending color and matching colors is essential to this job. You must be able to detect, evaluate, and reproduce colors.

DUTIES:

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
