Pay: Starting at $21 to $25 an hour, depending on experience 
Schedule: Monday-Saturday 7:00am to 5:00pm, with a rotating day off in the week.
Location: Gresham, Oregon (Located off of SE Stark St) 
The Counter Salesperson is the first person that a customer sees when they walk into any of the retail locations. This means that the Counter Salesperson is in many cases the face of the company for customers and should demonstrate our FACE values. This position's main duty is providing sales assistance to walk in and telephone customers. As time allows, they receive and stock inventory and perform general clean up and merchandising of the store.
Directly reports to the General Manager. Interacts daily with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, Location Supervisor, Inventory Specialist, Contractor Salespeople, delivery people, and internal &amp; external customers.
Qualifications

<li>Must be able to operate personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and any other equipment necessary for the job</li>

Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Assist Inventory Specialist in maintaining an appropriate level of inventory</li>
<li>Performs empty peg counts and researches variances</li>
<li>As time allows, assist outside crew by loading customer vehicles and preparing loads for delivery</li>
<li>Attentive to counter and phones</li>
<li>Communicates with Receiver regarding the status of cancelled orders or materials returned to suppliers</li>
<li>Consistently displays problem solving skills with customers and co-workers</li>
<li>Keeping the store clean and maintaining the counter displays of merchandise and literature</li>
<li>Notifies customer when product arrives</li>
<li>Confirms delivery time with the customer after scheduled in DDMS</li>
<li>Answer customer's questions, process estimates and orders for customer</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a professional and effective relationship with customers</li>
<li>Completes basic ERP order entry; POs, backorders, and change orders</li>
<li>Invoice customers for building materials</li>
<li>Order stock, special order products for customers, and process credit returns</li>
<li>Ensures that appropriate paperwork is accurately completed as per company policy</li>
<li>Regularly attend PK meetings</li>
<li>Completed AMT training</li>
<li>Follows all AR account and cash handling procedures</li>
<li>Processes tax adjustments when necessary</li>
<li>Coordinate tool repairs services</li>
<li>Utilizes the interyard transfer system </li>
<li>Understands weight, height, and length limits, to inform customer of being able to safely handle or transport material</li>
<li>Knows site condition requirements for our delivery fleet</li>
<li>Process ROA payments with required information</li>
<li>Understands pricing levels and limits discounting</li>
<li>Able to seek out product transactions and order history</li>
<li>Uses all functions of Mitel</li>
<li>Manages Outlook and personal notebook</li>
<li>Can search inventory and open orders in all yards to meet customer's preferred option</li>

The primary working conditions are at the sales counter of one of PARR's retail locations.

Locating Specialist

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionSalary: $17.00/hr or DOE 
The merchandising position is critical part of our business and ultimate success. Merchandisers work in retail store locations to get our product on store shelves and displays. This position interacts with personnel at the store location to keep shelves full and backroom areas clean. It's a labor-intensive position requiring lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period. As well as bending, reaching and squatting while merchandising and moving products. This is a position that works weekends and holidays.
This position is responsible for product merchandising within retail stores. This includes but is not limited to:

Basic Qualifications

Helpful Experience 
<ul>
<li>Working for a retail business or grocery store (e.g., understanding store operations, knowing the backroom and inventory, stocking aisles and shelves, etc.)</li>
<li>Moving products within a store (e.g., safely stacking and moving products on equipment such as a u-boat, hand truck/dolly and/or breakdown, etc.)</li>
<li>Merchandising products (e.g., filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive, rotating products, cleaning shelves, eliminating out of stocks and out of date products, etc.)</li>
<li>Managing backroom/stock room inventory (e.g., organizing pallets, stacking and storing inventory or products, etc.)</li>
<li>Serving customers (handling customer complaints, responding to customer requests, or meeting customer needs)</li>

What Youll Be Doing 
 
Engage directly with entrepreneurs and local businesses to secure profitable vending machine and micro market sites.
Generate new business through outreach, relationship-building, and boots-on-the-ground marketing.
Drive to travel regionally (within 45 hours of your home base)
Domestic Flight Travel to support in Market Locating across U.S
Represent Naturals2Go/Ventech as a trusted consultant and local sales expert.
Support reorders and nurture long-term relationships to keep our clients thriving.
