Day-to-Day Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children in a center-based setting</li>
<li>Collect and track data to monitor client progress through Central Reach using an iPad</li>
<li>Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans that are unique to each child</li>
<li>Report client progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals as necessary</li>
<li>Assist the BCBA with family training on treatment plan implementation</li>
<li>Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled</li>
<li>Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines</li>
<li>Maintain open communication with families and clinical team to ensure the most effective treatment and goals</li>
</ul>
Experience &amp; Certifications Requirements
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or related field preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with children required (nanny, teacher, camp counselor, etc); experience with children who have developmental delays or special needs preferred</li>
<li>RBT Certification (or willingness to complete training within 90 days)</li>
<li>BLS Certification (or willingness to complete training prior to hire)</li>

The Sales Counselor in a cemetery location is responsible for providing a customer focused experience during every interaction with families, guests, and community members. Utilizing the Everstory sales process, based on exemplary discovery, industry specific expertise, and customer driven solutions. The Sales Counselor will sell products and services to customers who want to pre-plan their final arrangements. The Sales Counselor will also sell products and services to customers at their immediate time of need, in addition to overseeing customer satisfaction. By effectively executing on monthly goals, the Sales Counselor will maximize revenue for the organization and succeed in a commission-based selling environment.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Guides individuals and families through end of life memorial planning utilizing sales presentations and additional tools provided by Everstory.</li>
<li>Provides individuals and families with options to best meet their unique needs, or the unique needs of a deceased loved one. This includes touring the location, identifying location of existing or potential plots, and advising customers on in-ground burial options, above ground entombment options, cremation options, memorials, and merchandise. Understands and presents all associated costs and advises customers on financing options; ensuring that all financing is finalized prior to internment.</li>
<li>Responsible for daily management of CRM and lead data base, including generation of new leads via networking, online, and cold calling, generation of referrals, and categorization of leads (hot, warm, cold).</li>
<li>Plan and conduct community outreach events, both on site and off site, to build relationships within the broader community and generate new leads.</li>
<li>Completes all required paperwork, processes and authorizations required to finalize a sale and deliver the service/product from start to finish.</li>

International Health and Medical Services is looking for an experienced Behavioral Health Specialists to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders among patients, ensuring they receive appropriate psychiatric care and support. This role includes collaborating with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide crisis intervention as needed, fostering mental health and well-being within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provides direct psychiatric care to patients via onsite and telepsychiatry services for scheduled appointments, emergency, or urgent care visit.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Consults with the Psychiatrist and/or Clinical Director for complex psychiatric patients and as required by client policy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provides infirmary care including admission, discharge, and daily rounds for patients that require higher levels of psychiatric care or monitoring.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Performs comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and initiates treatment plans for patients as required by client policy, or as required for patient psychiatric complaint.&nbsp;</li>
