Position Overview:
Performs a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, cement masonry, drywall or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or remodeling government-owned and operated buildings and facilities, to include H.V.A.C. and other mechanical systems. Technician will perform services on US ARMY Reserve sites throughout Florida. Overnight Travel is required for this position. Company vehicle will be provided.
Example of Duties: Performs Preventative Maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, structural, and plumbing both inside and outside of buildings. Troubleshoots and diagnoses deficiencies in equipment to provide intelligent recommendations for repair. Prepares reports in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

<li>Prepares and paints walls and woodwork or performs other types of refinishing; installs or repairs carpet; performs custodial duties as required.</li>
<li>Assists as directed in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, such as plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, automatic temperature control, electrical, operate riding mower or other similar equipment as needed.</li>
<li>May recommend purchases, cost savings measures, and assists with the development of the budget; may be responsible for inventory control.</li>
<li>Works from blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions.</li>
<li>Repairs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, and trim; uses carpenter's hand tools and power tools.</li>
<li>Installs glass in windows, doors, and partitions; replaces damaged ceiling tile, floor tile, and sheet plastic wall coverings.</li>
<li>May hire, train and supervise temporary employees and volunteers; may schedule the workloads of custodial staff and perform custodial duties when required; may oversee contracted janitorial services.</li>
<li>May be responsible for maintaining equipment warranties and maintenance agreements for machinery and equipment within the center.</li>
<li>May perform weekly safety checks throughout the facility to ensure a safe and clean environment for the patrons of the facility and to eliminate all hazards.</li>

Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience:

<li>At least three (3) to five (5) years' experience in the maintenance field. Experience on large complexes and HVAC knowledge is desired.</li>

Position Summary
The Operations Director sets the tone for the entire center's team member culture and family experience. Under general supervision, the technician is responsible for providing technical support under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. &nbsp;The technician’s duties are provided as part of the anticoagulation clinical team and involves interaction with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, nurse practitioners and other health care providers.
Schedule:&nbsp;Monday-Friday, 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts (schedule to be determined by supervisor upon hire). No on call or weekends required.&nbsp;

Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>The technician will be for all duties of preparing and dispensing of medication</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all USP 797 requirements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Mixes chemotherapy and biologics within the Compounding Aseptic Containment Isolator (CACI), Biological Safety Cabinets, and Laminar Airflow Workbench (LAFW) using proper aseptic technique</li>
<li>Follows clean room guidelines and accurately prepares IV solutions and other sterile products</li>
<li>Maintains accuracy in processing orders to ensure that all orders are processed and dispensed in a timely manner</li>
<li>Prepare continuous infusion pumps setting the pumps according to physician orders</li>
<li>Utilizes the Pharmacy Report to assist with maintaining an appropriate level of inventory for the clinic</li>
<li>Maintains indigent patient drug program for assigned clinic</li>
<li>Assist, as necessary, with the stocking of supplies, clinic organization, clean-up, etc.</li>
<li>Assists to provide orientation and training to newly hired pharmacy technicians</li>
<li>Wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as outlined in the policy and procedure manual</li>
<li>Properly disposes all hazardous and non – hazardous waste materials used when mixing chemo or non-chemo</li>
<li>Knowledgeable about the appropriate use of PPE and chemotherapy spill kits in the event of a cytotoxic spill</li>
<li>Performs calculations as necessary to prepare IV admixtures including cytotoxic and investigational research drugs under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist</li>
<li>Ability to utilize closed system transfer devices</li>
<li>Knowledge of policies and procedures set forth by USP 800 when handling hazardous medications. Potential to perform hazardous medication preparation in compliance with USP 800 standards</li>
<li>Identify medications considered "hazardous" by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and local policy</li>
