The EMT- Basic or Paramedic is responsible for the working knowledge of the ambulances, emergency equipment and supplies that are used on each ambulance. EMTs and Paramedics are to maintain all units and equipment in clean and working order and maintain ambulance service headquarters in a clean and orderly manner. EMTs abide by written dress code as described in departmental policy. They are to maintain patient confidentiality as described in established policy. Out of department responsibilities: Emergency Department Technician is responsible for performing assigned duties within the scope of their approved job description. EMTs and Paramedics are to obtain continuing education units necessary for recertification as appropriate, as established by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Must follow policies and procedures for patient care as established by Wabash General Hospital, Wabash General Ambulance Service, and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Education, License, and Requirements:

SUMMARY: 
As the first contact that customers have with our company, the Dispatcher position is tasked with providing excellent customer service, exceptional problem solving skills and ensuring that each customer interaction is a positive experience. Handles and maintains internal and external communications between Coastal and medical providers requesting transportation for Ambulance services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Works closely with customers to ensure that the destination facility can accommodate the patient. </li>

<li>Monitor and track movement of all units. </li>
<li>Radio Dispatch transport information to field personnel in a professional and accurate manner. </li>

Job Description of HSMT
The Health and Safety Medical Technician (HSMT) is a construction site medical representative that works independently with limited supervision. The HSMT works closely with construction site Health and Safety management teams to provide a safe work environment for construction site workers. This includes, but is not limited to working in a first aid capacity for injured workers, analyzing tasks for potential safety hazards, implementing and participating in a site Health &amp; Wellness program, and participating in the workers compensation process.
Essential Job Duties
