Key Responsibilities:

Qualification/Experience:

The Condominium Association is seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the property. This position requires a hands-on, organized, and professional individual who can work collaboratively with the Board of Directors, unit owners, vendors, and professionals to ensure the property is well maintained, fiscally responsible, and in full compliance with Florida laws and governing documents. 
Required Services, Duties, and Responsibilities

<li>Manage all daily operations and administrative functions of the self-managed Association in compliance with Florida Statutes Chapters 718 and 468</li>
<li>Oversee and coordinate all maintenance, repairs, and common element services to ensure proper upkeep of the Property</li>

Highly responsible executive level professional performing technical administrative and financial management work, which includes directing the activities of all employees of the department. Summary/Objective
The Assistant Director of Finance for the BJCC is responsible for supporting the organization’s accounting principles, procedures and initiatives. Assist with supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, investments, long-term debt, general ledger and event settlements. Prepare financial reports and audit schedules. Perform financial research and analysis as requested by the Senior Director of Finance. 
Essential Duties/Responsibilities 
Demonstrates understanding and full performance ability in each of the following:

<li>Responsible for general ledger account reconciliations and necessary adjustment.</li>
<li>Responsible for month-end and year-end general ledger closing and review of working papers prepared by other accountants in the department. </li>
<li>Responsible for event settlement functions related to ticket reports and event charges.</li>
<li>Assist with preparing annual plan, projections and budget. </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). </li>
<li>Responsible for recording long-term debt transactions and reconciliation of debt service investment accounts. </li>
<li>Responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports submitted to Director of Finance before the Board’s regular meeting. </li>
<li>Assist with implementing and management of the new accounting software system.</li>
<li>Assist with ensuring compliance with organization’s policies and applicable laws. Ensure all organizational policies and guidelines are adhered to and administered correctly.</li>
<li>Responsible for preparing work papers and schedules for annual financial statement audit. </li>
<li>Responsible for demonstrating the organization’s core values and using performance management principles to continuously improve the department and organization’s effectiveness, efficiency, services. This includes but is not limited to participating in improvement teams, recommending and implementing improvement ideas, and participating in training and other activities to keep current on processes, information, etc. </li>

Required Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Minimum of ten (10) years related knowledge, experience, and skills in accounting and finance experience in a governmental agency, public employer, or other municipality is required with a preferred minimum three (3) years supervisory experience. </li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in accounting, finance, business management, public administration or a related field.</li>
<li>Industry certification(s) and accreditation strongly preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).</li>
<li>Valid State Driver License.</li>
