 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

The Student Support Services (SSS) Classic Program is seeking a current Passaic County Community College student for a tutor/mentor position. This person should have strong interpersonal skills to support participants in the program. <li>Experience with populations of diverse backgrounds, underserved populations, and at-risk populations.</li>
<li>Experience with student information systems and learning management systems preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and the ability to analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of student learning.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written skills communication skills.</li>
<li>Requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a faculty team.</li>
<li>Must be a self-starter, self-directed, and a problem solver. </li>

Pay Range: $34.05-$51.10hr Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
