Responsibilities:

<li>Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members</li>
<li>Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents</li>
<li>Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales</li>
<li>Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform</li>
<li>Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law</li>

Qualifications:

<li>3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent</li>
<li>Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Must have a managing broker’s license</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers </li>
<li>Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms </li>
<li> Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices </li>
<li>Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions </li>
<li>Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to our structured training program</li>
<li>Comply with the expectations of the program to grow and launch your business </li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.</li>
<li>Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry</li>
<li>Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation abilities</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license</li>
<li>Minimum age of 18+</li>
