What you will do:

<li>Promote/provide physical therapy and/or occupational therapy services in the home to assist the patient in achieving his/her optimal level of functioning.</li>

<li>Teach patients/caregivers and help them to become independent with their treatments and self-management of their chronic illness(es)</li>

What you will need:

<li>Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a PT or OT, preferably inpatient or homecare, is required</li>

Physical Therapist Pay Range: $37.60 - $48.10
Occupational Therapist Pay Range: $35.85 - $45.96
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
