The successful Physical/Occupational Therapist candidate:

<li>Provides therapy services in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.</li>
<li>Assists the physician in assessing the patient’s functional level by applying appropriate tests and measurements, and advises the physician in the development and revision of the plan of care.</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plan of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals while educating and supporting families through the process.</li>

Requirements:
