JOB SUMMARY
Join Black Rock Coffee Bar as a Barista, where your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, crafting high-quality beverages, and fostering positive coworker relationships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Immediately and warmly welcomes customers and team members, ensuring a positive, welcoming, and engaging environment.</li>
<li>Abides by service speed requirements without compromising beverage quality or customer service, including third-party orders. </li>
<li>Prepares and serves coffee and coffee-less beverages and food items using retail equipment, such as espresso machines and convection ovens. </li>
<li>Maintains clean and organized work and customer areas, following health and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Promotes new coffee offerings and seasonal specials to enhance brand awareness and sales.</li>
<li>Handles accurate cash and credit transactions, including daily cash deposits when required.</li>
<li>Supports training initiatives and mentors new team members during their onboarding process.</li>
<li>Manages daily, weekly, and monthly tasks assigned by the leadership team.</li>
<li>Handles customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.</li>
<li>Assists in inventory management and restocks supplies as needed, including product displays. </li>
<li>Conducts line busting during peak periods to expedite customer orders, which may require exposure to various elements. </li>
<li>Proficient at working independently during shifts with self-directed initiative and minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Always follows Black Rock Coffee Bar’s policies and procedures diligently.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li>
