CommQuest seeks a part-time Administrative Engagement Specialist to work at our Massillon Outpatient office. You will be responsible for fiscal and enrollment services.

CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Answer telephones, route calls, take messages, greet visitors, respond to inquiries about CommQuest services</li>
<li>Receive payments, print receipts, post payments, run daily deposit ledger and balance cash drawer, turning the deposits into the Office Manager</li>
<li>Verify payment requirements of the clients and collect the amounts owed per appointment</li>
<li>Identify who may qualify for Medicaid, explain the process, schedule and complete Medicaid Enrollments and follow up with the client to ensure coverage</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned </li>
</ul>
 
Schedule:
The work schedule is primarily between Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. with flex time on Fridays. Must have availability to accommodate additional hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required </li>
<li>Intermediate computer navigation skills are required for extensive computer usage with MS Office</li>
<li>Must have the ability to manage a multi-line phone system maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor in stressful situations</li>
<li>Previous experience with NextGen and/or other Electronic Health Records database, Charge Verification, Charge Entry, and/or Billing is highly preferred</li>
