PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Constant standing and walking for up to 8 hours to perform job duties.</li>
<li>Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling may be required.</li>
<li>Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Occasional use of ladders and ramps to access elevated areas.</li>
<li>Frequent wrist and spine movement during beverage preparation and tasks.</li>
<li>Constantly receives and exchanges detailed information through oral communication.</li>
<li>Maintains clear vision for reading orders and interacting with customers.</li>
<li>Demonstrates precise mental math skills for both following recipes and conducting accurate cash transactions.</li>

*Team members who complete 1,000 hours within a consecutive 12-month service requirement and have attainment of age 21, are eligible for 401(K) participation.
**Full-time team members who average 30+ hours per week over a 12-month measurement period are considered benefits eligible.
