We’re looking for experienced baristas who care deeply about coffee, hospitality, and creating a welcoming café environment. This role is centered around daily floor operations — supporting efficient service, maintaining product consistency, and helping create a space that feels warm, clean, and intentional for every guest.
Our ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, works well under pressure, and understands the importance of both speed and attention to detail. From espresso preparation and milk quality to customer interactions and workspace organization, every part of the experience matters.
At our café, we focus on three key areas:
• Café Environment – Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually consistent space
• Guest Experience – Providing thoughtful, genuine hospitality to every customer
• Drink Quality – Delivering consistent, high-quality beverages with care and precision
Responsibilities include beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café, supporting smooth workflow during busy shifts, and contributing positively to the overall team environment. We value team members who are proactive, reliable, communicative, and passionate about specialty coffee.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of specialty coffee experience preferred
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and manual brewing methods
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and organization
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Food Handler Certification required
