IDEAL CANDIDATES

Position Overview: As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, expertly preparing a variety of coffee beverages while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Coffee &amp; Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, cold brews, and other specialty beverages. Experience with latte art is a plus.</li>
<li>Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner, ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they visit. Take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.</li>
<li>Café Operations: Help maintain a clean and organized café environment. Assist with keeping workstations, equipment, and the dining area clean and well-stocked.</li>
<li>Expediting Orders: Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure quick service and satisfaction. Assist with order fulfillment and communication with customers.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Work alongside other baristas and café staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Dartcor's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.</li>

Requirements
Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<li>Prior barista experience or customer-facing experience in a café environment is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in making coffee beverages, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude toward customers and team members.</li>
<li>A team player with flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks in the café.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to health and safety standards.</li>
