The Payroll Specialist is an integral member of the Payroll team that supports a staff group of approximately 400 employees. This position ensures the timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll for the agency.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and process a variety of payroll transactions using the Ceridian/Dayforce Payroll system; process time and attendance of employees, overtime, paid time off, and leaves of absence; record entries to the payroll system; calculate accruals and verify totals; prepare manual, supplemental, and payout checks as needed.
Review, reconcile, and process special payroll transactions such as retroactive pay adjustments, garnishments, voluntary deductions, retirement deductions, income tax withholding requirements, and payroll-related invoices.

POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;The Housing Coordinator will assist transition age youth (TAY) ages 18-24 who experienced homelessness and are referred from San Francisco’s Coordinated Entry System to First Place for Youth’s TAY Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Program. &nbsp; The Housing Coordinator will assist participants to secure housing within the Bay Area utilizing a time limited housing subsidy. &nbsp;The Housing Coordinator will identify units in the community that will be appropriate for a subsidy which includes landlord engagement, information about the subsidy program, assessment of units’ ability to meet habitability standards, and monthly rent calculation and subsidy administration. &nbsp;The Housing Coordinator works within a team of TAY Case Managers and a Resource Specialist. &nbsp;This position requires work in the field with housing search occurring primarily in San Francisco, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Monday – Friday. &nbsp;&nbsp;
The Housing Coordinator shall: &nbsp;

<li>Develop and maintain inventory of landlords and property managers who have expressed interest in participating in the RRH Program. &nbsp;</li>

Landlord Liaison

<li>Regularly collaborate with TAY Case Managers to ensure that participants are consistently paying their rent on time, cultivate healthy relationships with neighbors, and resolve tenancy issues.</li>
<li>Immediately respond to lease violations or other complaints, with the goal of finding resolutions that do not jeopardize housing stability. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate solutions with landlord prior to eviction proceedings.</li>
<li>Ensure landlords fulfill their legal obligations including conducting repairs, issuing proper notices and supporting participants’ rights to Fair Housing</li>
<li>Provide First Place for Youth point of contact to ensure rapid response to participant challenges and needs that may arise.&nbsp;</li>

What You’ll Do:

<li>Supervise and delegate all maintenance projects to the mechanics as needed to support production.</li>

<li>Review and process quotation requests from customers and the sales team with accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Analyze product specifications, manufacturing requirements, and cost data to prepare competitive quotes.</li>

<li>Track and follow up on outstanding quotes to support conversion into orders.</li>
<li>Maintain and update pricing files, quotation logs, and customer records in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and provide professional support.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify opportunities to improve win rates and pricing strategies.</li>
<li>Ensure all quotations adhere to company policies, customer agreements, and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.</li>

What You’ll Bring:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or related field; or equivalent experience in inside sales, customer service, or quotation support.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in sales support, quotations, or pricing role (manufacturing or nutraceutical industry preferred).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product and cost data.</li>

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. The compensation offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and/or education.

OVERVIEW:
The Transportation Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support at his/her regional subsidiary, which includes answering telephones, scheduling customers for service, dispatching Bus Operators, and communicating with customers on expected arrival times or other real-time requests, inputting operational data, maintaining operational and government-regulated records, preparing monthly reports of financial and performance data, and processing invoices and payments.
WORK HOURS: 
Full-timeschedule 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Please note that schedules are chosen based on seniority and are therefore subject to change.
Part-time schedule flexes based on the needs of the office operation.Approximately 20 hours per week, may also be required to work occasional nights and/or weekends.
COMPENSATION: $19.58,per hour(or higher based on current ATU progression)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul>
<li>Answer telephone calls from customers, account holders, and employees on multi-line telephone; respond to callers' requests, questions, and/or complaints or refer callers to a supervisor.</li>
<li>Provide customer service by explaining available service and fare structure, identifying pick-up and drop-off locations, and promptly addressing complaints and requests.</li>
<li>Schedule Dial-A-Rides, Medicaid rides, and/or other 'specialized service' rides; maintain accurate records of scheduled services and ridership; prepare/type Bus Operator schedules.</li>
<li>Serve as dispatcher for Bus Operators; assist Bus Operators with service delivery as needed.</li>
<li>Reconcile Bus Operator schedules, manifests, and fares; calculate totals and prepare daily deposits and reports; maintain accurate records.</li>
<li>Record employees' breaks/lunches; track attendance; maintain employees' timesheets</li>
<li>Manage Medicaid ridership, ensuring compliance with government regulations, verifying rider eligibility, scheduling and attesting to rides, monitoring cancellations and additions, maintaining records, processing invoices, and securing payment.</li>
<li>Process incoming and outgoing mail.</li>
<li>File documents and maintain operational records in compliance with government regulations and operational needs.</li>
<li>Compile data and prepare reports and other documentation on a regular or ad hoc basis, including dispatch logs, mileage reports, fuel usage and expense reports, sales and revenue reports, maintenance schedules, department performance indicator reports, ridership reports, and Trip Scoring Index reports.</li>
<li>Maintain customer surveys.</li>
<li>Prepare invoices and payments; maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable records; manage petty cash; prepare documentation and reports for the Finance Department on a regular or ad hoc basis.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of office supplies.</li>
<li>Maintain orders for employee uniforms.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue DSS bus passes.</li>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
