Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist executes an established recruitment process for assigned positions and locations, honoring our commitments by ensuring the process is efficient, reliable, and meets our high standards. By attracting, selecting, and hiring a qualified workforce in a timely manner, they create positive experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
Salary: $55,000-70,000 (Based on Experience)

<li>Maintain accurate and current data in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring reliable and precise record-keeping.</li>

<li>Utilize the JX employment brand to promote a steady applicant flow, enhancing the company's reputation and attractiveness to candidates.</li>
<li>Make initial candidate contact with various levels of professionals when needed to establish relationships and develop an interest in opportunities, fostering positive interactions.</li>
<li>Schedule and gather feedback for onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.</li>

Fostering Lifelong Learning:

<li>Participate in campus recruitment efforts, supporting ongoing education and development initiatives.</li>
<li>Coach managers as needed in hiring decisions, providing guidance and promoting continuous learning and improvement.</li>

<li>Aggressively source passive and active candidates through networking, internet and database searches, research, and telephone calls for current and prospective needs, seeking innovative methods to identify top talent.</li>
<li>Identify industry and market-specific advertising opportunities, exploring new channels to reach potential candidates.</li>

Demonstrating Good Stewardship:
<ul>
<li>Post requested requisitions and modify descriptions and qualifications as needed, ensuring job postings are accurate and well-crafted.</li>
<li>Qualify resumes against minimum job descriptions, phone screen candidates, and make timely recommendations to the Hiring Manager, managing resources efficiently.</li>
<li>Consult on offer details, create offer letters, and present offers to candidates in a timely manner, ensuring effective and responsible management of the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Identify and reach out to organizations to help identify referrals for areas of improvement set by Affirmative Action plans, contributing to the company's diversity and inclusion goals.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources related field</li>
<li>2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.</li>
<li>Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.</li>
<li>Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for various roles.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems ?ATS? and HR databases.</li>
<li>Proficient using Google Applications</li>
<li>Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li>
<li>Project management experience</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.</li>
<li>Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license.</li>
