Job Description Position Overview:Lumen is seeking a Process Specialist to support and lead the strategic migration of enterprise customers from credit card payments to ACH transactions. This role involves working cross-functionally with internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless transition, drive operational efficiency, and monitor the adoption and success of the program. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Analyze and identify enterprise customers currently using credit cards for payments.</li>

Position Overview
The Regulatory Specialist serves as a trusted advisor who partners with our suppliers, customers, and other interested parties to provide relevant regulatory information and documentation, protects Formerra’s interests by obtaining required medical approvals where applicable, and communicates our ability to meet customers’ process requirements and material specifications.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Facilitate the medical approval process as defined within processes controlled by Formerra and its suppliers.</li>
<li>Monitor the department’s Outlook inbox and respond to requests or redirect to the appropriate point of contact. </li>
<li>Review customer internal material specifications for alignment with supplier specifications.</li>
<li>Monitor imports and exports subject to TSCA and TSCA 12b regulations, and as required, notify the EPA.</li>
