Job Summary:
The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for accurate and timely patient registration utilizing medical systems. This individual will utilize facility medical necessity tool to verify appropriate patient insurance coverage. This work will need to be performed according to established policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under supervision of the Nurse Supervisor/Manager (RN) and with the collaboration of the Program Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the safe and efficient dispensing of methadone medication doses to clients, consistent with the clinic procedures, and performing nursing assessments and functions within their scope of practice. The LPN will coordinate the implementation of medication dispensing in the integrated outpatient program (CDOP/OTP) for clients, which can include various assisted treatment medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone, and naloxone, and other medications in the OTP dispensing unit. The LPN will be required to collaborate with members of the behavioral health, medical team and other leadership in the development, management, and operations of the OTP and will operate under the organization’s philosophy, standards of practice and policy.

KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

<li>Adheres and dispenses appropriate methadone dosages, in accordance with clinic procedures and guidelines according to DEA, OASAS, SAMSHA, and DOH regulations. </li>
<li>Details inventory maintenance and reporting with computations according to each tour.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate documentation of daily methadone dispensing log.</li>
<li>Maintains daily reports for accountability of daily dispensing activities such as calibration, spillage, compliance, and swapping of inventory.</li>
<li>Performs nursing assessment during each medication dispensed for each client to identify alertness and orientation. </li>
<li>Adheres and maintains security of dispensing area and inventory; report any diversion to immediate nursing supervisor. </li>
<li>Utilizes computer skills to dispense methadone via computer system. </li>
<li>Completes nursing assessments and evaluations during intake, client visit, annual evaluation and/or crisis basis. </li>

The Power Generation Territory Sales Manager is responsible for delivering new business opportunities, providing account management, and developing on-going business relationships with all existing and prospective customers and partners including but not limited to engineering firms, all general, electrical and some mechanical contractors, electrical distributors and other resellers, and end users in appropriate market segments and verticals.  The Community Support Team (CST) provides direct support to adults with a Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition (DSM-5) diagnosis of mental illness, substance use, or comorbid disorder and who have complex and extensive treatment needs. This service consists of community-based mental health and substance use services, and structured rehabilitative interventions intended to increase and restore a beneficiarys ability to live successfully in the community. The team approach involves structured, face-to-face therapeutic interventions that assist in re-establishing the beneficiarys community roles related to the following life domains: emotional, behavioral, social, safety, housing, medical and health, educational, vocational, and legal. As a service provider, the Qualified Professional must assist the consumer in developing critical daily living and coping skills, gain access to necessary services, and reduce psychiatric and addiction symptoms.
